Reroute Tubing

Postby Irish Lad 34 » Wed Nov 19, 2025 12:34 pm

Has anyone ever had surgery to reroute the tubing?

I had a penoscrtoal implant 1 week ago. There is visible palpable tubing at the base of the penis. It's most visible and palpable when I lye flat with the scrotum relaxed and hanging low. It's not visible and it's barely palpable when standing up if the scrotum is tightened up.

I think it has turned out this way as a result of the surgeon tying a knot in the tubing up near the base of my penis although I'm not sure. I have my follow up consultation with him tomorrow.

Has anyone ever been able to reroute their tubing via surgery or any such measures?

Sorry to hear you are going through that.

By the way i am curious where is your pump placed, on the front or back of the testicles?

and regarding tubing, usually you get a temporary stitch to hold the pump in place, which will eventually dissolve and the pump should be a little less "stiff" along with the rest of the tubing attached to it. Things soften a bit over the first couple months. So maybe you would not notice it later.

But i do think revisions are possible if you need them
