How much does the girth expand when you go from deflated to inflated?
I had a penoscrotal Titan Implanted 4 days ago. I believe my implant is somewhat deflated.

It certainly has a good deal less girth in it, particularly up near the glans.

When I start cycling will it be much more girthy when fully inflated?

Hi! I'm 24 days post-implantation and 14 days into cycling, twice a day for an hour. From the very beginning, I was so upset I can't describe it. I lost both length and girth. My penis felt half as thin and a couple of cm shorter. Now the girth is starting to return, and with any remaining blood flow, if any, it's almost the same as before surgery. But the length is getting worse; I've only gained maybe 3 mm so far. This is due to scarring on both the tunica albuginea and the tissue and base of my penis, where the surgeon cut the scars. It's too early even for me to draw any conclusions. I need to wait six months. It's also worth noting that the glans is becoming more engorged than it ever was before implantation, perhaps only in my youth. But what I'm really upset about is that I didn't choose the CX penis enlargement penis, as the folds at the base of my penis are simply awful, three on each side. But this is further complicated by the post-operative swelling of the canal on the left side where the surgeon entered. This swelling is pressing on the side right where the dog's ear should be. I pray to God that this will smooth out at least a little. So far, my penis looks really good when it's inflated, but when it's deflated, it's just awful. And these folds hurt terribly. I'm taking Ketorol for now. I couldn't even eat anything all day today until the evening because of the pain.

Wow. Sorry to hear you've been having such a hard time. It sounds awful. Hopefully things will improve for you. So how much girth had you lost immediately post implant vs where you are now?

I gain about a half inch in girth from deflated to inflated. Around a half inch in length as well. It pretty much hangs soft at 7" long and 5" circumference & pumping up adds about half inch in both length & girth for me. Obviously it straightens out as well & goes from 5 o'clock to about 3 when inflated as well- sticking out forward. Wishing you luck

With blood filling, the circumference is now about the same, maybe half a centimeter smaller. The length has decreased by 1 cm, but it began to decrease even before implantation, after the veins were ligated, because a scar formed on the tunica and, ultimately, cavernous fibrosis developed.

I didn't see the point in measuring the deflated girth, since my penis was swollen. My deflated girth is still quite significant, since it's still partially swollen. I'll tell you this: forget about worrying about the girth when deflated, or even when inflated, in the first days and months. Especially without the remaining blood flow during arousal. Even the inflated cylinders of what would seem to be the widest implant, the Titan, will give a smaller girth when you're aroused. These are two different things. And don't be alarmed the first time you pump it up. It won't look very good. Give yourself time. Everyone writes about this here. It takes months to evaluate anything. I don't bother with numbers at all. The main thing now is for the implant to take hold.

The titan implant cylinders boast having alot of girth but the cylinders are actually the diameter of a nickel. Heres an image of a mans hand holding two nickels representing how big the two clyinders would be in your hand. Do you think this is enough girth?

Yeah easy test for any man getting a titan. Put two nickels in your hand and thats what you will have max.

Also dont expect "blood flow" to add much if anything. Were all here for that reason, our blood flow sucks. Any blood flow will just give you squishy engorgement thats why we have the implant. If our blood flow was good enough for penetration we wouldnt be here would we. The surgery damages your tissues also so you should have less blood flow post surgery.

Yeah it's hard to gauge what it will be like when I start cycling to max capacity. I'm just hoping it won't be terrible. I take it you lost a lot of girth with your Titan?
