I have a case of tunica fibrosis that slowly but surely, through microtrauma + inflammation and healing response, is making my tunica more and more inelastic, slowly converting to a more stiff type of collagen(fibrosis). Its making me lose more and more girth over time.
How will an implant stop this process? I guess through cycling regularly, stretching out the tissues? Right now me having boners is making the problem worse because even boners is causing microtrauma due to stretching the scar tissues. But sex is the main contributor.
I know the fibrosis will continue even with the implant, but my hopes are that the tissues will be stretched out and not continue to lose size. Anyone with similar situation that can give input?
Thanks

31 YO,
Diffuse tunica fibrosis from stretching/jelqing.
Several small circumferential fibrosises. Sex and masturbation makes it worse.
Before L: 6.8 G: 5.4
Current L: 6.3 G: 4.8
