Hi all.
Had my pump and cylinders replaced on Nov 7th, 2025 in Cape Cod by Dr. Kramer. I had the original implant done DEC 2018 I believe. After fucking very hard it bent a few times and then had issues re-pumping it up last FEB 2025. Took me awhile to get insurance on board, but finally did and they covered it (AETNA was a real pain about it).
I am from CA so I stayed in CAP COD until Monday, and glad I did. I iced most of the days and stopped pain meds on Saturday (the day after). I am taking ibuprofen if needed but didn't need anything except on the long plane ride home.
The DR upsized me from 24 cm to 25 cm - AMS CX. He told me to start cycling in ten days given I already have the space from the previous implant. Here is the video on youtube.

I am healing very well at this point, which is 5 days out.
Here are a few pics.

52 yo Gay Male. LA/Palm Springs CA. Had Dr. Elist penile/ball implants in 2009. Had it all removed about a year later (don't do it!!!). Silicone injected into scrotum. ED for about 15 years. Was about 8", now 6.5-7" due to venous leak.
