I think I've read that you shouldn't since there is the possibility of trauma to the shaft should a hematoma develop or the injection doesn't go as planned.

There is a Dr Clavell video where he advises patients to keep using injections prior to surgery to promote frequent erections, but he doesn't say when you should use your last shot.

I stopped a week before but kept doing the vacuum device right up until the night before.

I traveled 350 miles by car so was in a motel with the wife the nite before surgery. Used an injection that night about 10 hours before surgery. Not saying it was a good idea but had no issues. Even had a great night of sex and only time in years we did it twice that nite!!
