How long does it take for the infrapubic swelling to completely fade?
Some people have told me 6+ months before they can press their finger all the way to their pubic bone again. Is this true?

Re: Infrapubic Swelling
Most of my swelling was gone by 5-6 weeks. Only thing took longer than that was for things to soften up. Implants were very firm for 6-8 months and gradually softened. By 10 months it would hang much like a normal shower dick

Good to know. I have a couple of days to decide either infrapubic or penoscrtoal. It's not an easy decision.

IP generally has quicker recovery time, PS has often (but not always!) better aesthetic results in terms of hidden tubing, etc. I initially planned a IP surgery, but a few weeks before my surgery my wife and I decided to divorce, and my surgeon suggested switching to PS since I'd be single and it might have everything a little better hidden.

I preferred infrapubic at the time but when I have a revision I’ll see if I can change to a scrotal.
Infrapubic definitely heals differently and easier to navigate the pump when incision is above the penis. My only concern has been the tubing possibly breaking where it gets hammered in between our pubic bones when deep thrusting. So far so good

I see. I've often wondered myself if infrapubic breaks down more frequently because of the extra tubing.

I don't really think the tubes will fracture in that location. No matter how hard you thrust, there is always going to be some soft tissue there padding things, and I don't think there's any tubing bends there to create stress.
I really think the main difference between IP and PS is cosmetic plus healing time.
