Vigorous sex activity with the implant

Is it possible to have vigorous sex activity in form of vigorous movements in and out the vagina and positions e.g woman on top with the implant. Is it possible to have intense vaginal penetration in all sexual positions with the implant? I mean even fast and vigorous thrusting. Is the “woman on top” position safe? Can she move with as much force as she wants, even roughly? And can the penile tissues handle that without any complication, such as erosion?

Yes. Even better and more stable than with a (healthy) natural penis. I never had such vigorous and rough sex like I have now with my implant. Not even at 18 years old with my healthy youth penis.

Yes! But it takes some time to get used to the feeling of the implant in a nice warm vagina (or ass if that's your thing). The first couple (maybe more) times you are having sex you are exposing the impant to new inside sensations. That can be uncomfortable at first. 10000% feels better over time. (Note I am still under 1 year since surgery)
