How satisfied are you with a malleable implant

Postby Chris1967 » Wed Oct 15, 2025 10:54 am

How satisfied are you with a malleable implant, and which one is best in terms of erection? I'm toying with the idea of using an MPP instead of an IPP.
57 years old, living in Germany, ED since 2004, Levitra in high doses still works.
I sometimes use an Osbon pump and two D-rings during sex.

On my 2nd Rigicon .. I'd do it again although the 2nd implant I do believe is defective due to it not bending where it is supposed to and bending where it is not supposed to and the surgeon not willing to ever address it when questioned. I go back in a few months again I'll see if the song and dance from the surgeon remains the same. I have talked to the Rigicon rep for my area on time and found him to be a dick so no point trying to address it through the company they always refer back to the surgeon.
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell
