I was prescribed Caborgoline for this purpose. It's a dopamine promoter and it didn't help.

I’ve taken Bupropion for a couple years, just started a new RX, once daily.
I rarely have orgasms easily, but hurray I had three in last 24 hours, I doubt it’s from the Bupropion. It’s from intense hardcore sex. Also I may add I’ve hit the gym since Aug 8 and six days a week since Sept 4.
There is another thread going on about lack of orgasms I see your in it as well. I’ll probably post something there tomorrow. It’s late.

I've been taking 75 mg for about 3 months. I can't say for sure that it has helped but I have seen some improvement in that timeframe. Other factors may be at work but I'm giving the benefit of the doubt to Bupropion and continuing - even moving up to 150mg to see if that is even better.

A few years ago my urologist put me on 150mg of Buproprion XL (extended release) to try to lower the threshold to orgasm.

It didn’t make a difference.

Then we went to 300mg.

It didn’t make a difference.

Then we went to 450mg.

It didn’t change anything about my orgasms. I did feel a bit better overall. I never considered taking antidepressants. Never thought it was something I needed. But I liked that I felt like I had some extra spring in my step so I’ve continued it since.
