Since I definitely have this problem of sticky pump (sometimes I can inflate at the first shot once I hear the 'pop' sound but sometimes it takes hours of trying and trying), I am thinking of keeping the device half inflated as I will be needing it on a regular basis in the coming month. I plan to only slightly deflate it after use so that the next day I can resume the pumping .
Would anyone be able to guide me as how to achieve this? And would it be a safe thing to do? I just want to spare myself the ordeal of daily burping the pump to put it in the inflate mode when it is not in a mood to cooperate.
Or could anyone pl suggest some other way out?
thanks in advance and hoping to hear any information that I can collect to make the ride smooth.

Re: leaving the pump partially inflated
subhash, what pump do you have ? MS ? Tenacio ? Other ?
I have an AMS700 CX with a Tenacio pump, and normally keep it around 25-30% inflated for comfort and appearance. When I checked with my Dr he told me that would not be a problem as long as I can very easily bend 90 degrees in all directions. He said that shows its not inflated enough to cause pressure that could result in erosion over time. To achieve that I just stop deflating when it gets to 25-30%. With some pumps you might need to pump once or twice to flip the valve(s).
That works well for me. Whatever you decide to do you should run it by your Dr to see if there's anything unique about you or your implant that might cause a problem. Also, below is a thread regarding a recall on the Tenacio pump that may or may not be of interest to you.

hanks, Kodixx---It us a very good idea of keeping it inflated 25%. But I did not understand what you do after that when you wish to have sex. Do you need to 'pop' the valve all over again -why do you mention flipping the valve --and pump when once or twice --would you please elaborate

subhash, what pump do you have ? MS ? Tenacio ? Other ? The reason I ask is that unless you have a Tenacio pump, your experience will probably be different than mine.
When I want to inflate I just start pumping. I mentioned the valve flipping because when I start pumping to inflate, I can "feel" the valve(s) change from their deflate position, to their inflate position.
