Hard flaccid has ruined me

Hello I am the member of this platform from a long long time and I see people discussing about implants
I am suffering from ED from last 10 years on and off my current situation is
No morning erection from last 3 to years
I have to stimulate myself while watching porn and if I stop stimulating erection goes away
I can't get erection while standing
I tried sex and took Cialis but it was hit and miss for me and I was not able to maintain erection while standing even after taking Viagra or Cialis
I kept fighting with this condition because when I discuss it with my friends they say it's all in your head
My penis get very short while standing, very numb and feel like I have no connection with my brain
To be honest what I have heard or researched my symptoms are more likely to be Hard Flaccid
But I am devastated at the minute and lost complete hope
I just want to fix it
My penile Doppler says there is no venous leakage but I have to clinch my perineum muscle while masturbating
If I stop clinching I loose erection
I am seriously looking for the implant option now because I am 32 at the minute
But I want to know if there is any one suffering from hard flaccid who got the implant and fix his issues
I am very very disappointed at the minute

This is definitely HF. I had all the same symptoms and no doctor could figure out what the hell was going on. They all agreed, however, that I was perfectly sane and that something physical was going on. I tried everything (see signature). The only thing that worked was the implant.

Sorry to hear this man. I had arterial insufficiency so ultimately similar result except Viagra worked for awhile & then levitra worked after viagra stopped for some time, and somewhat well.

My advise is see a urologist/surgeon. It has 100% fixed my issue & even brought back sensitivity for me, with the penoscrotal approach. At first sensitivity was mid but it has increased greatly over the last year. But anyway it sounds like you're a great candidate for implants & it's a game changer for men like us. Go get after it brother!

I would encourage you to try BIMIX/TRIMIX before jumping to implant. I know I am in the minority on this newsgroup, but I found it to be a great solution. The implant is forever, all the time. BIMIX/TRIMIX is used only when having sex. If you hate it....you can then consider the implant.

But won’t that create fibrosis eventually making implantation more difficult?

Maybe. I did shots for over a decade and have no fibrosis, confirmed on doppler. I could be an outlier, but fibrosis is common but not guaranteed with injections. It is a bit of Russian Roulette. So is an implant, just different risks.

When you are down to injections or implant there's no right or perfect answer. Shots are definitely a drag as far as spontaneity goes.

So 3-6 months for me it was taking longer to cum still. I was sort of numb on the underside of my shaft still too. I'd say around the 8 month-ish mark I turned a corner & sensitivity increased. I can now really enjoy the feeling of my dick in her vagina. Like I feel it more & not just the idea of it.

I could be sort of comparing it to bimix sex tho, which is all I could have the last couple years before implant. And I think the injections took some of the sensation away for me. They worked well but it took me a while to finish, sometimes too long. I'm also one of the unfortunate ones that developed scar tissue from injecting fast. Once that happened I didn't mess around and scheduled an implant ASAP because I didn't want Peyronie's to take off

Edit: Oh and my orgasms have gotten way more explosive. I cannot say why but since sensitivity returned/increased my orgasms have most every time gotten more powerful. Even through materbating, which I try to only do a couple times a week. Like 1st & 2nd days after I have sex so I build up 4-5 days before I have sex again.
