Home in the recliner. AMS CX 18+2
Nowhere for ice besides the incision site of the reservoir. I am stuck with a catheter and drain until Tuesday.. UGH. BUT, spirits are high and my wonderful wife is by my side!
The obvious question.. lol. What would the 18x2 translate into real life once able to cycle?
Of course, no real pain at the moment except the ole pee hole with a 10 foot wide tube sticking out.HA
I will try to update as I can.

Tuesday. Damn that's a long time to have a catheter in. Mine was removed prior to being awakened and then I went home with the drain until Monday. My surgery was on a Friday. Hurt like hell to pee until late Sunday. Did you get the tenacio pump?
59 yr old. Implanted Sept.19, 2025
AMS 700 CX 18 cm + 1.50 extenders
Married 22 years to the love of my life.
Struggled with ED for the last 20 years.
Meds, pumps, injections quit working.

Boatdrinks, my implant is close to yours, but I have the AMS LGX. Mine is 18cm with 3cm rear tips.
My internal measurements were 10 proximal and 11 distal.
I’ve stopped measuring because it’s plenty for my wifey, but when I did do some measuring at 6 months, I was right at 6 1/4 inches. My girth is 5 1/4 inches.

Glad you’re doing well,
