Two Weeks since IPP
Well, it's been just over two weeks since my surgery. I go in tomorrow to have the incision checked. For the most part I am healing up well I do believe, most of the pain is gone except in the scrotum where the pump is. That hurts after I have walked a bit. I assume it's the weight of the pump and gravity working against me. Once I lay down and ice it feels better. Hopefully that nagging ball pain will subside soon enough.

Congrats! You’re going to love the results of your decision! Yes, my scrotum is where I felt uncomfortable longest. For me, it was about 10 weeks post op when I pretty much forgot I have a small hand grenade in my nut sack! That said, I resumed sex around a month in, and it was glorious! Was my scrotum a bit sore? Yes, but having a nice orgasm with a proudly firm cock made me forget about it!
66 years old. Long term progressive ED. Pills and injections no longer the solution.

It will. I thought the pain in my scrotum from both the pump and the penoscrotal incision would never go away, but it did eventually.
I think it's a combination of trauma and irritation from the surgery, and will resolve as your body recovers and gets used to the implant.
I'm now 7 months post op, everything feels normal again and it has been that way for many months.

Thanks for the encouragement from everyone. Yeah 20 yrs has been a long time to deal with ED. It started with the blood pressure meds initially but progressed as the years went by. Meds worked for a while but really the last 5 or 6 years have been pretty miserable as far as the ED goes. Hoping for 20 or more years of restored glory.

Heya!~
We're "twins" as it were (same implant, size, and extenders). Yeah - the pain takes a while to subside to mere discomfort, then that takes a while to subside to just a twinge once in a while. I'm just about 10 months in with zero pain these days and mostly don't even think about the implant at all - unless I want to use it or do my daily stretching routine.
Tylenol and Ibupropherine are your friends for a while!

Did you get the tenacio pump as well?
