1 week post op

Hey guys, 1 week post op!!!! Was implanted with Coloplast Titan Classic 22cm + 1.5cm RTE

Not getting much swelling at all, penis is abit sore probably around 4/10 so feeling pretty ok besides the purple bruising covering my entire genitals , i do have a kink on the right side and was told by the nurse that is completely normal. The pump seems to be in the right decision but need to keep pulling on it to maintain that position. The head seems to be the most painful part at this stage due to Dr Love telling he needed to make two cuts in the head (glands) i forgot why as i was pretty dosed up on meds.

Im sure everyone keen relate here but 1 week without cumming i am getting angry finding everything and anyone attractive and waiting to bust a load! Not to sure if i can last another 3 weeks

Still early days and still feeling extremely nervous in terms of functionality and pumping it up, worried that it will be too hard to pump, loss of size or future pain.

I hear ya. Although a week out I wasn't quite ready yet but a few weeks out & seeing some of the girls butts at the gym was enough to speed up the healing process! Once I was cleared I went pretty hard in the paint. I banged a few masseuses & even a stripper at work (first time I ever did that). Just was making up for the lack of spontaneity I had for so long I think.

Hell ya dude. If anything like me your confidence will sky rocket & you'll just have a new confidence that you'll have to navigate, in a good way. I went ham for awhile but I've calmed down now a bit & am no longer power tripping
It is a bit of a super power that takes some adjustment but quite possibly the best sex of your life is ahead of you & I hope that is your case. For now, just try to follow your surgeon's instructions & be patient. Good luck mate!

All good Robbie. I totally get it mate , but try and be patient. Once you're up and running you'll be amazed with the power you have.
I found my pump was stiff to operate at first but it softened the more I cycled it. In any case it wasn't too difficult to press even when new and stiff.
Cycle often to stretch the tissues and help regain any size loss. It can take time but I got most of it back fairly quickly from frequent and aggressive cycling (and sex ). It can be painful when you first start cycling and everyone has a different experience, but the more you do it the easier it gets.
Just go easy at first to start building up your tolerance and gradually increase the pressure to what you can take.
Think of it like taking your dick to the gym for a workout. I can now go for more than an hour at absolute maximum inflation, which can feel like I'm going to burst . But you don't need to pump it that hard to fuck.
