Robbie, I definitely would NOT pull on it hard mate, as in like suddenly jerking it.
Not unless your doctor tells to do that, in which case please ignore me.
I'd suggest trying to gradually increase the pressure slowly and see if that helps move it.
That said I haven't had an issue with my pump placement or having it migrate upwards like some do.

I've found that the pump position can be affected by how you sit, lie down or what you are doing, like sport or exercise.
During prolonged vigorous sex mine can ride up quite a lot and I then have trouble locating the deflate mechanism.
I have to grab the pump and manipulate it back into position. Mine sort of sits in front of my right testicle and hangs bulb down.
I agreed with my surgeon to put it there as I'm right handed.

Call your doctor. Mine pulled it really hard to dislodge it on first post op visit. I pulled it firmly for a few weeks (first time was painful then almost none). You do not want it fuse to your scrotum or testical
Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.

Good work Robbie. There is plenty of support here but it's always safer to get a qualified opinion and put your mind at rest.

Don’t sweat it I am at nine weeks and had a lot of swelling in the testicles which pushed it up from where the doctor initially put it (Titan). The pump is behind the testicles, but it’s not ready for me to cycle. I got cycled at the office but the testicles, even though the pain went down they’re still some swelling there which makes it hard to navigate.
I massage the pump to make sure nothing sticks to it, but it still is not moving either. I heard it’s common. Gravity and over time a lot of gentle pulling in the shower and I was told it will eventually settle.
Also, I sit on a 5 gallon bucket for about two minutes or three minutes in the evening and let gravity do its thing. I think it’s starting to drop slowly.
Hang in there I will update if I could ever get this thing to drop down which I hope soon because I want to start cycling on my own!
