Can you have a baby after the procedure? Does anyone know?

Yeah fertility is preserved post surgery...one of the few things they didn't lie about.

There is a reporter that has made some YouTube videos about his ED journey. One of his later ones he shows the baby that his wife had after his implant. Yes, if you have a good sperm count & your wife is capable of conception. You shouldn't have any more issues that a normal couple.
