Hi everyone.

I'm due to get a LGX implant soon. I'm 40 years old. I was told by the surgeon that LGX although advertised to increase length and girth, that's not really the case.

I'm just glad to get it and would be very happy with my current size. (5 1/2 and quite thin) but would be ecstatic if there were any gains.

Can you guys with LGX tell me your results?
Would be grateful if you could answer the following

Size Pre surgery
Size right after surgery
How long until you saw any gains?
Current size.

Feel free to fluff up your size lol, I'm more interested in if there's any gains.

Size Pre surgery

I couldn't really measure it as I had absolute zero erectile function and ultimately could only get erect inside a vacuum device.
I was getting about 7.4 inches artificially in that but there's no way I've ever been that big naturally.
Pre prostate cancer/surgery my best guess is just over 6 inches on my best day, fully aroused, and with the wind blowing in the right direction.

Size right after surgery

At 30% inflated about 4 1/2 inches.

How long until you saw any gains?

I saw gains once I was deflated and activated at 6 weeks, then started cycling.
It probably took about 2 weeks to see a noticeable increase in size from cycling.

Current size

A bit over 6 inches with the cylinders maxed out but difficult to measure properly due some post op curvature.

I'm more interested in if there's any gains.

No gains, but I seem to be back where I think I once was. I'm only at 6 months and hoping to squeeze a bit more out of it.
The LGX can increase in length and girth, but it can't increase your length and girth beyond what you had.
Your own internal tissues determine what size you can achieve, regardless of the implant cylinder properties.
I don't really think it's possible to become bigger than you ever were, though some do report gains.
In my experience daily VED use pre op, and cycling post op, can help get back your original size.

6 1/4 pre-op; 6 1/4 eight months post-op. Lost a little girth which is a common complaint with the LGX.

I agree with Fuckedone, I don't think you can gain more length with the LGX. I'm not exactly sure of my size before the implant but it looks to be about the same. I could get 6.75 inches using a VED and the girth was big too in the VED, it's too bad that the implant on its own can't duplicate the expansion like a VED does.
At 6 weeks when I was cleared to cycle the implant, I could only get to about 5 inches. At 6 months I was back to my original length of 6.25 inches, that I can judge before I had ED.
I don't know about some of the other LGX guys but I have to pump it up to the max to have very good PIV penetration. It just feels better penetrating when it's pumped to the max.
I was supposed to get the CX, but for some reason my doc and the Boston Scientific AMS rep switched and went with the LGX during surgery. I have the AMS LGX 18cm with 3cm rear tips.
If it ever fails, I'm gonna ask if they will implant a CX.
But I'm definitely happy with it

The thing that is best and not stated well on these pages about the Lgx is that it mimics your natural cock the best of all the choices.
ie , it shrinks more then the others, yes you will get all your size back and maybe a bit more if you were a long term Ed sufferer. But after we get our implants we are all “ showers” but the Lgx is better at the shrinkage. You will love it, don’t worry about size and enjoy the road to back to you.
