I have just started the cycling process (started at week 5). In the first week I have to pump up for 5 to 10 minutes and bend it around. In following weeks I have to do it twice a day.
I am up to day 4. I appreciate it is very early days.
All good but I have to admit it gets pretty uncomfortable when fully inflated. Actually hurts to bend it and hold it in place. When I deflate it is a relief. No way could I see myself using it to have sex and enjoy myself.
Afterwards I find that my perineum (particularly close to the front) feels very tender and sore. I presume this relates to the back end of the cylinder ‘digging in’ a little. I actually had to gobble a couple of pain killers to bring some relief. Did other people experience this?
I presume (hope) that after a few weeks cycling that the uncomfortable pain sensation will ease up.
I am just trying to get my head around how this pumping up process gradually turns from pain to pleasure.

Wodjathat,
it's normal that you feel sore there, it's still healing and the capsula cavernosa stretches while you cycle, which is the aim of cycling. this pain will subside in few weeks. Take some pain killer like Ibuprofen before cycling to lease the pain and continue with cycling.
I had my young chick with me in the recovery time and we started oral after 2 weeks and sex after 4 weeks, cause she and I couldn't wait.
So best is sexual intercourse with a great chick and you will reach the point with less and no pain much quicker

Re: How long to go from pain to pleasure?
Wodjathat,
I’m a patient of Dr Eid, we start pumping at day three. I would pump up and take the pain as long as I could, back it down a bit and bring it back up slowly, and repeat. When I cycle in the am I’m busy feeding dogs and getting ready for work so I don’t notice the pain as much, but in evenings I just take the pain for a while, back it down a bit, and repeat. The pain has diminished a lot with some days not as much as others.
During sex don’t pump up into the pain threshold unless your just laying there while she is giving a casual BJ, that’s intense.
I started sex at three weeks and I could feel the implant banging at the base with every slow thrust, by week eight I didn’t have to maintain slow control. Now it’s sex Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Your on your way, everyday is different than the days prior.
Sitting in a warm bath is highly recommended. Putting a heat pad over your dick while pumped will increase the pain greatly. I’m assuming it expands a bit more.

Wodjathat,
What you describe sounds exactly what I've been through. Initially both cycling and sex hurt, a lot.
When cycling now it only hurts after an hour or more if I really max the beejezuz out the implant and leave it inflated like that.
But I'm starting to even build up a tolerance to that and can usually push through it.
At 6 months sex is a real pleasure again. I still pump it up very hard for that but there is little discomfort, often none.
It feels great to just fuck indefinitely with a rock hard erection and I can orgasm 9 times out of 10.
I have learned that It's a gradual process to get to this point and I expect my recovery to continue for many more months.

Glad to get the feedback. I know I am only barely one week into cycling but wow, there is no fine line between pleasure and pain. It is pretty much all pain.
I now pump up about 60% or thereabouts and do the Perito ‘changing gears’ with my dick. Then I max it out and pump rock solid. No way do I want to try bending the dick too much. It wad just too excruciating when I did it the other day fully maxed.
I then just try and lie there and chill out for 5 minutes that way (fully inflated). I really notice fairly intense pain right at the knob which I guess is understandable. Things are stretching. It is such a relief to press the deflate button.
In the second week onwards I will gradually increase the time I leave it inflated to the max. I am hoping that after about doing this for four to five weeks I’ll be ready for having sex. Like to think I will be able to have it and leave it inflated to the max for say 30 minutes. Aim is to do this twice a day. One ten minute session and then the longer session.
Already in my mind I keep saying to myself that by then when I have sex, I’ll most likely only have it inflated to about 80%. That is still way harder than I can remember me being prior for a long time. I am hoping that I can stay inflated that way for a good hour or two and enjoy having sex with minimal or no pain.
If I’m being delusional, someone please tell me.

I can only admire the fact that only three days after a penile scrotum IPP that you started the cycling process
In comparison I started five weeks after my procedure. I feel like such a sookie la la. But that’s just me.
In five weeks time I am scheduled to catch up with someone and try the new penis out. She doesn’t know I’ve had the implant. The last time I saw her (about a year ago) I was a complete dud. But she was very kind to me.
I certainly hope that I can enjoy the experience. In my mind I am thinking I will only pump up hard enough to do the deed as opposed to maxing it out. Hoping I can then go for as long as she wants me to.
So my plan over coming weeks is to obviously try and endure the pain and keep it pumped up as hard as I can but for longer periods of time. In week two I will do it twice a day. (One ten minute session, the other longer).

I’m just under 8 weeks post-op, and the stretching pain becomes excruciating after about 25 minutes. I’m still unable to inflate to a full 100%—I’d estimate I reach around 80–90%. I’m using both hands to pump and it takes me a few minutes.
Implanted with Rigicon Infla10 Pulse X (22 cm cylinders + 1 cm and 0.5 cm RTEs) on 8/07/2025 by Dr. Chris Love.

4 weeks post-op 4.5” L and 5.2” G / VED 5.5” L
7 weeks post-op 5.5” L and 5.8” G / VED 6.2” L

Try 600 mg RX IBUPROFEN about 3-4 hour before sex.
This will make it more difficult to orgasm but till you get the hang of it so what.
During sex it’s so easy to add more pumps without someone wondering what you’re doing as you’re just squeezing your nuts. Just try not to get into the intense pain threshold. You won’t notice it so much being that you are preoccupied.
Have fun, prepare to see her eyes roll back in her head.

Yes, you and ALL of us went thru this at first.
You are in your "pay your dues" stage.
Don't worry the discomfort ..the pain will subside over time.
Expect probably 3-4 months of gritting your teeth as you take your dick thru its paces of cycling daily.
I'll be totally honest...there were a few times early on I had tears roll down my cheeks.
But, my relentless 60 minutes a day cycling routine got me that 1/5 inch back I lost at first.
No pain, no gain is appropriate here.
It WILL be worth it in the end.
Best wishes.
