SITREP - 3 Weeks in - Titan Coloplast - Cycling Tips

Three weeks on the dot. Recovery was great. No pain. Wore compression underwear. Kept activity to a minimum. Did not experience any issues. Cleared for sex.

I started cycling today. Got the hang of it fast. I have been doing stretching exercises and the pump seems like it dropped and makes pumping real easy. That seems pretty painless - maybe a little pressure at max pump. 20 min every day x 2 a day. Everything seems working good.

Almost no size loss (maybe quarter inch), though the head feels definitely noticeably smaller. I am pretty girthy, but I can definitely tell it feel like an oval now vs a circle. At full pump, the hardness feels harder than natural. Perfect 90 degree angle. About 15-20 ish pumps gets to max.

Had one round in. It feels fairly normal but not exactly like before. The sensation on the head is less. Based on what I read, this should get better over time. The head is a noticeably different sensation.

I didn't feel discomfort on different positions though spooning felt most natural. Also I can definitely feel slightly numb (very slight) on top and bottom. Sides of the shaft feels good. Finally, felt the urge the scratch the shaft, have that scratchy sensation.

Physiologically, it feels like I am a human dildo with an on demand hard on. Little concerned the hardness on the sides and dropped pump are pretty easy to feel but not complaining.

Open to any tips from bionic brothers…

Congrats and glad things have gone so easy for you. I'm jealous, my recovery was tough.
Sensation should come back in time. Nerves heal slowly.

Fast recovery! PS surgery usually takes longer than IP to recover.

I was somewhat surprised he cleared me at week 3 but did weekly check ins and followed all exercises and precautions.

Cycling hopefully takes care of whatever small shrinkage there is. The glans is a bit mental though. I had pretty large glans now it does not look like it is engorging at all. Partial feeling of size loss is also from the glans not engorging i think.

At full pump, girth definitely expanded about half inch. Not sure its because it is an oval instead of a circle now.

I’d give it some time, you have been in the absolute opposite of “aroused” for weeks, it might take some time for the glans tissues to “wake back up”.

Ask your surgeon, but periodic VED use at low pressure would pull some blood into your glans and might help re-perfuse the tissues and wake things up.
