Delayed ejaculation, cold and numb penis before implantation. What am I risking?
Hello everyone. Sorry for my English, but I use automatic translation. I'll tell you my story. Since 2019, I've been suffering from venous leakage, which has gradually worsened over time. In 2023, I suffered a pudendal nerve injury, which affected my penis sensitivity. Currently, in addition to erectile dysfunction, I also suffer from delayed ejaculation and poor genital sensation (before the injury, I had premature ejaculation). My penis has poor sensation, and I experience constant genital paresthesia; it's always numb. The situation worsens when I stand; the penis feels contracted and inelastic. My glans is often cold. In the morning, sometimes my entire penis is cold. I'm 30 years old and Italian. I've decided to get a prosthesis. I know the prosthesis won't improve my genital sensitivity issues. However, I'm worried about developing anorgasmia after the implant. I'm also concerned that my glans was already cold before the surgery. My surgeon only uses the infrapubic approach. Has anyone experienced my symptoms before the implant surgery and can tell me how they feel now? I'd be grateful. Did you have an infrapubic or penoscrotal implant? Best regards to all the forum members.

Your English is good.
I was able to control my orgasms most of the time before pain and Ed. The last few years it’s been difficult having an orgasm to the point many times I did not.
Since my implant we’ve noticed it taking longer to orgasm but I am recently implanted so I expect I still have a lot of changes coming. Pun intended.
I don’t fall into the numbness pat of your questions. There is a whole section on delayed orgasm under the General Tab.

I experience quite a bit of desensitization thru the last. Purple years of my ED prior to implant. I think the 16 months of injections which sometimes lasted way too long did some damage to my nerves. Then for the last year prior to implant I used a VED probably too aggressively! This also caused some issues with sensitivity. After I had my infrapubic installed implant it was about the same maybe a little worse for several months. The rigorous cycling kept the tissues irritated but after the first 8-10 months things seems to settle down. After the one year mark it seemed to get a little better and now after 3 years it seems slightly more sensitive than I’ve had in many years. Could be I don’t pump it up except twice weekly for sex or personal use. Either way it never should cause any worse than what you previously had so should be nothing to loose.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong
