Pump placement and pain

Gentlemen,

I am only 3 days in and all is going pretty well. I have a titan with classic pump. My issue is my pump is placed behind my nuts, so when I sit it seems to get pushed up into the boys and smash them a bit. Super uncomfortable, I know they are trying to recover, but does this get better or is this the new norm. What have ya'll done to work thru this?

While seated, try using a travel neck pillow or a donut pillow to reduce pressure on your scrotum. It helps your nuts drop inside, creating less pressure. Attached an example. Good luck with your recovery!

That’s where it’s supposed to be. They told me to survive if I was a pregnant woman.
The pain will ease off, but still have to careful how I sit. I sit towards front of chair then slide back.
Another tip. When climbing in automobile grab your nuts while sliding in.
Many suggest grabbing your pump and tugging it down frequently. Massage it all the time.

How yah feeling otherwise?

I am about 12 days in with a Titan w/classic pump. Certainly feels like the pump is fused with right testicle and almost behind. In my second post op, doc gave me an exercise where you pull on the pump down for 4 seconds and roll the pump for couple seconds. Repeat for one minute four times a day. I have been told it is part of a normal recovery.

Honestly doing pretty good. Not much pain accept the sitting issue. Not much swelling and only a little black and blue. Its just hard when the apartment for two now added a roommate. lol My only other complaint is trying to pee uphill day and night. It will be nice when that is over.

Your sense of humor is doing well. That was funny.

Even with the Scrotoplasty I have plenty of room for the third occupant. Told my wife threesomes are definitely in my dna now.

Was going to post a question myself. Still a bit sore when feeling around pump, particularly deflate button, three and a half weeks after surgery. I don't get to cycle until at least four weeks but I might wait til 6 weeks (week before follow up with surgeon). Mine was a post-salvage revision so I think more stuff was done and I'd like to let it settle.

Overall it feels a bit like trying to feel out the contour of a grape inside a water balloon with chopsticks (it's inside a pouch, though, so perhaps wrong description).

Otherwise no pain to speak of.

I think you still need to work on keeping that pump from attaching to your testicle.
Everyday seems to be a bit different from the day before for me. But dang, the wife is loving it. I told her the other day she is becoming a freak in the sheets like she used to be.
She is still paranoid about squeezing the pump but she’ll get there.

You mean the testicle or the scrotum/sack? I don't think it's free floating in there. I'm not sure but I think it's moored in a pouch in the scrotum ("dartos"). I wasn't told to pull on it as many here are.
