Has anyone had revision surgery for the sole reason of regaining size? For example, switching from AMS to Coloplast for extra girth or switching from Coloplast to AMS for extra length?

Dude. You were implanted three days ago with 23 cm. You are probably likely to get back to 6 inches within the next months.

I was 4.75 a few weeks post-op. I was 6 inches after 6 months, sometimes a bit more depending on engorgement.

You’ll get a lot of length back. It just takes some time, cycling, settling in.

Ask Dr Love if you can start cycling the implant earlier. While it can be painful, early cycling can get you back to our pre-implant size sooner, though eventually the likelihood of getting back to full size is high with early cycling or no early cylcing. The difference is just how much diligence you are willing to apply.

Early cycling = more pain intensity in the beginning and earlier gain
Later cycling = lower pain intensity, but longer duration (same amount of total pain, but spread thinner over longer time period).
Same ultimate size recovery in the end.
