Anyone had the surgery performed by this doctor in Italy? What are your experience with him and results?

Hi Lenders, are you also considering having an implant with him?
I have met him twice for ED related issues (37yo, intermittent ED issues since I was 20. Under PDE5 for 6 years now but they are starting to become unreliable).
He suggested we go with an inflatable, which I am really considering now. However he’s quite expensive (around €30k) but he seems to be the best in Europe. At least that’s what he claims.

37yo with venous leak and arterial insufficiency since I was 18yo due to a motorcycle accident. Pills started to be unreliable even at max dosage. Tried PRP and Shockwaves with no luck. Considering getting an inflatable with Dr. Antonini soon.

Giulio Garaffa in Italy might have equal experience for half the cost.
Daniar Osmonov the best in germany does it for 18k.
Sebastian baely the best in france does it for around the same price.
Would you mind sharing the source of them being this good? I didn’t find much about the volume of implants they install, as opposed to Antonini who emphasize that a lot

Re: Dr Antonini patient's experiences
I see what you mean. However, Antonini seems to be the most transparent when it comes to the procedure, what to expect, and how the entire process unfolds. On his YouTube channel, you can literally follow the whole pre-, during-, and post-operation journey of a (curated, but still genuine) group of patients.
I haven’t seen anyone else doing that—especially the ones you mentioned, and that makes a huge difference for someone that has to choose between surgeon.
This isn’t meant as a criticism, just an observation. I simply haven’t found the same level of content or openness from others as I have from Antonini.

Be sure to do a sure to do a search on Antonini. I know of one member who questioned his experience but with limited info by us on the board ,it is difficult to sort fact from unrealistic expectations.
No matter who does your surgery there are complications and "stuff happens."
The key is do your research and you have to feel comfortable with your decision.

Of course its important the surgeon, it is one of the most important stuff in this surgery, you can read many horror stories for going to a non experienced surgeon and then having to go a very skilled surgeon to get fixed.
Choose a very experienced surgeon is the most important and that is why I ask about Antonini, because I am doing my research, what is also very important.
I read some experiences about him but they are few

We are on the same page (and on the same boat) lenders. While we wait for someone to respond to your original question, would you mind sharing what is your situation and what your conclusions on Antonini are so far? I have decided to go ahead with him soon, so I hope I will report soon a good story.
