Fashion Question (underwear)

Postby Stevie Reno » Thu Jul 31, 2025 5:42 pm

I’m very pleased with my implant but do become self conscious at times when my un inflated dick wants to stand out in my shorts…I’m still wearing the same thin (comfortable) briefs I’ve worn for years but thinking I need to look for something that will keep my dick pressed against me and be a little less conspicuous…when winter comes I’ll be wearing jeans and that will help but right now I’m wearing very light shorts or running shorts and it often pokes out.

All suggestions appreciated.

Coming from another angle (not excusing the pun) I honestly am trying to work out what the issue or significance of the issue is.

To put you in the picture, I am nine days post op and I think I am 30% partially inflated and definitely feel better wearing athletic shorts to help the old fella point north.

I am guessing, perhaps hoping that in several weeks when I start cycling exercises and will have a flacid dick (never thought I’d look forward to that) that it won’t be too much of an issue.

If I was proven wrong it would a cross that I would have to bear. Soooo, others who are well down the track, can you resume using normal undies or is that a thing of the past?

Once I was activated and deflated I just went back to normal. If going somewhere where an obvious bulge might be an issue I just wear tighter briefs and possibly looser clothing. I've always worn stretchy synthetic boxer briefs or jocks. That still works for me even with a larger flaccid dick than before.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC & nerve sparing RRP Mar 22, profound ED since. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Recovery great so far but have a bend.

I'm liking Krakatoa trunks. They have compression along with big pockets for your junk. The pocket comes in 3" or 4" and the 4" has been comfortable and good for helping control the bulge a bit :D

Cargo shorts. Not exactly fashionable, but roomy, not tight, comfortable, and of course lots of pockets and storage.

Pair that with a Hawaiian print shirt and you're good-to-go ! And you're an instant walking cliche :)

I’m going to Dick’s (Lol!) tomorrow and think I’ll get one to wear under my running shorts for going to the gym.
