Hey everyone. First off, thank you all and this board for the wealth of knowledge and information you have given so far.
I thought after reading so much, I would be prepared for next week.
I have my first consultation with Dr. Brady next Tuesday with the goal of an implant before end of year.
I am 57 and had RP a little over two years ago. Married to my lovely and understanding wife for over 20 years. I just started getting occasional morning wood but that’s about it. I don’t believe I will ever get back to usable.
Did the whole rings, VED, pills and am currently using TriMix. Thank God for that stuff for what it is but that also is now unreliable and painful after.
With all that being said, what should I expect the first visit and what should I ask? Would it be too hopeful to come out of there with an operation date?

Re: First Post
How many does he implant a year? What type and mfg implants does he use? Penscrotal or infrapubic? What hospital will he use? How's his success with infections and how does he avoid infections and how soon will you follow up with him after the surgery? With that do your homework on the doctor as well as the hospital. Good luck to you.

And this is why I am here!!
Much appreciated fellas. Did my research on Brady and happy with that decision so far.
I actually took screenshots of the question post so I have it with me next week.
I have been using the VED nightly in the hopes it helps keep what I have post surgery.
Damn, one month out from initial visit would be awesome. Having to deal with Cigna will suck but the Doc’s office is built to fight with insurance.

Had an Rp about 3 yrs ago. Hated the shots. So much happier with ipp. For me 10/10 the shots hurt but only 2/10 usable erection. Now on demand no pain.
The other posters have pointed you in a good direction.

Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.

My situation is very similar to yours.
First impressions are very important, your Doctor should make you feel relaxed and confident when you speak to him, the first guy they referred me to after my RP made me feel like I was placing an order thru a McDonald's drive thru window.
It almost seemed like I was bothering him with the questions I was throwing at him.
Needless to say, he was gone from that point forward.
You WILL be nervous at first.
Don't be worried or scared.
Ask him to give you some names and numbers of patients he has worked on before you.
Many times Doctors with enthusiastic patients are thrilled to speak of their results and will gladly volunteer their time to speak to you about their positive results.
The staff should be professional , discreet and kind.
My Doctors staff was flawless.
Don't be afraid to ask oddball questions either
A high volume Doctor has heard it all and should know exactly how to speak to you.
I had about 25 questions going into my first consultation.
Bring your wife(very important)
Encourage her to ask questions also.
Like many in this board, we are thrilled with the results. This device has restored our confidence and possibly saved marriages and relationships.
Good luck to you.
Best wishes
