Best VED routine post-implant

I’ve been doing the below:

- Pump implant to max
- put the VED over
- pump VED WITH 3m holds then release for 30 seconds
- after 15m I’m able to pump the inplant more about 7-8 full pumps
- resume with pumping VED 3m holds and 30s release
- total 30m session

Have been doing this for 6 months about 3-5 sessions a week.

I’m thinking of doing 4m holds for more tension.

The idea is maintenance, healthy tissue and healthy blood flow and if there is any possibility to stretch out the scar tissue.

Any recommendations?

I pump too, a few times a month for same reasons. I wouldn’t think about it too much, enjoy the stretch and know you’ll maximize what is possible, after a few 3 minute stretches I go for a ten minute pull.
I think if and when a revision is needed I will receive a bit larger implant. You’re doing fine
