Glans penis pain after surgery

I am a young patient who chose implantation because I was tired of medication treatment. It has been fifty days since the surgery, and the pain in the glans makes it impossible for me to have sexual intercourse. When I touch the skin of the glans with my fingers, I can clearly feel the tip of the implant behind the skin. My surgeon told me that the penis is currently in a state of atrophy, and it has indeed become shorter. With time and practice, the pain will disappear, and I feel very anxious. May I ask if there is anyone who has had the same experience and would like to request assistance? Thank you.

hn4030, your situation may be very different than my experience. For me, I did not attempt PIV sex until almost 8 weeks post-op. But I had an unusually difficult recovery due to swelling and edema. And even at almost 8 weeks post-op, PIV was not comfortable due to tissue recovering/repairing in the glans. That didn't become completely comfortable until around 10 weeks post-op. So -- hang in there ?

You’re still really early in the process! Hang in there. Remember that your now a shower so your dick is naturally trying to shrink up all the time when your not inflated. This alone can cause some pressure that in time gets very sore.
There’s a slight possibility you’re maybe a little oversized. Either way not to worry, give it several more months and things should smooth out nicely!

you can help to release the pain by getting a warm bath and start very gently to massage your dick, until the pain disappears.
You also can put a water based cream to make your glans more wet.
Finally, if you try sexual intercours with a very wet pussy (natural or lube) it should get better after time.
But in general you need to start usung your dick and with time the pain resolves and you'll be fine.

I wrote quite a lengthy reply last night and just when I was going to hit send I had a phone call from sis.
So, long story short. You are just over a week ahead of me. What I started right away was rubbing my glans and shaft really good every chance I could get as research here was telling me how sensitive it was going to be. I’ve read everything I could and tried their advice along with taking 600 mg ibuprofen 3 hrs ahead of time. And I’ll tell yah just go slow till you don’t have to. So, keep reading all the information that everyone brings to the table and you’ll be on your way to extreme happiness. Every time Im walking past the wife and give her a poke. She asks are you poking fun at me. So, yah it’s working.
