1 year implantation with Titan (warning pics)

Hey all.
Been implanted a little over a year now. Just going to share a little bit about my experience so far. Recovery was pretty easy. Worst part was having a catheter for first 24 hrs. I think I removed it 6 hrs early due to the discomfort, don't tell my surgeon. The blood drain bulb sucked too but they had to remove that 3 days later. Just creeped me out having an open wound & tubes coming out of me that I had to avoid snagging on things.

Getting back active was important to me & I was working out again a week or so after surgery.

Once cycling things felt weird initially feeling the reservoir & fluids gushing as I inflated/deflated but that's all gone away now.
My first time having sex was sort of meh. I was slightly numb for a few months underneath the shaft. This improved vastly from a few months out to now. It's hard to say if discontinuing Seroquel was the reason or healing from surgery was, or both, but I have way more feeling now from sex & can reach orgasm faster. For awhile there it would take 30ish mins & now I can cum much faster, which I prefer with my regular partner as we've been sleeping together a long time.

Earlier on, once healed up, I saw many other chicks just trying it out. It's pretty wild having my dick stay as hard as I pump it regardless of external factors or thoughts going on in my head. I'm fairly used to it now but it was a trip at first.

The whole things been good for me. My only negatives would be that if I feel it with my hand, fully flaccid feels artificial. I can feel the cylinders where they bend. Looking at it it appears natural if I'm standing, although much bigger always now. If I'm naked, sitting or laying down flaccid has an unnatural look but standing looks natural, just a shower now.

My other negative that may change if I somehow grow more, is that I believe I was slightly bigger pre implant. I am only a year out so maybe my length/girth grows a little more. I believe I'm a half inch or so less on both length & girth to date, but that is off of bimix injections. I'll include a couple pics that show me before on bimix & one I took a few months ago about 9 months out of surgery. Should note there's no arousal in the post implant dick pic & pls bear with me as I don't really do the dick picks.

Happy to answer any questions but if you can't get consistent erections with pills & shots my advice is to consider an implant.

Ok it's just saying my post implant picture file is too large. I'm sorry I can't share it for comparison but I'm down a half inch in both length & girth. I'd do it all again if I had to though & sorry for sharing the other ones now as I was only doing it for comparison.

Regarding the file size of pics. I’ve found that if I email the pic to myself it will usually ask what file size I want for the pic. If I choose the small size it will work for posting and still has more than enough detail for web viewing.

Thanks guys! Ugh I tried both & had no success. For someone who plays videogames everyday I'm not very tech savvy. What seemed to have worked was taking a screenshot of the few pics I was trying to upload but still getting "the file is too large" message. Hopefully these show up.

As it should show is due to the cylinders being somewhat stiff, the bend is a little unnatural while sitting (laying down even more so) but while standing it looks fine. This is ok to me as I don't lounge around naked with company but with a new girl I'd prob deflate after sex then cover it up, but I'm a self conscious bastard.

But thanks for the responses & to answer the question I read- the misses did say she felt a tiny difference in girth at first but I was certainly smaller then because it was only 6-7 weeks post surgery that she said that. I was worried she may feel the tips in my glans early but I've since started taking a small dose of vardenifil before to ensure engorgement & my head plumps up well. It does also seem that my engorgement has increased in the last 6 months as well. Even getting overnight semi hardons. She's cumming more regularly with me & like never before honestly but hasn't squirted in a bit. The few times she did she was kind of embarrassed so I think it's more in her head than on me but what do I know lol

Also I should note that I didn't have a shower before surgery so that's been a very pleasant side effects. It used to shrink up horribly in locker rooms or urinals or those type situations so a major plus to implantation is becoming more of a shower

Yeah I really don't have much in terms of complaints. Just being honest as I can for others. The dog ear thing isn't that big of a deal to me, really. Just mildly annoying but worth the trade off.

Believe it or not, I had never measured my penis until right before surgery because I was on this site researching a bit about implants & became aware you may lose a bit at first with an implant. I was always self conscious of my junk because it hadn't worked properly since I was 18. Oddly enough the first couple girls I banged it functioned but something had changed.

I would literally have to hold my dick in them while having sex & I hated it. I saw a DR around 18 yrs old & he didn't seem to believe me. So I lived that way for several yrs in relationships & would score a Viagra randomly here & there & have amazing hands free sex off a pill (to me amazing at least lol) finally got the courage to go to a men's clinic around 26 & began using the expensive but worth it to me pills, eventually leading to injections but I've digressed.

But I measured once after a successful bimix shot a few weeks before surgery & was just over 6" girth. I don't believe I measured length bone pressed. I think I just touched the ruler on skin but was at 8" length. I think pushing into pubic bone adds some length but whatever. I now measure at 7.5" L & 5.5"g bone pressed. So I am down .5" (at least, maybe more due to changing measurement method post implant) in length & definitely .5" in girth at the moment. I hope some girth comes back but it's possible the bimix just caused more erection than is natural for me as well. Either way it's all good. I do prefer an on demand erection to a little extra girth.

I'm sized correctly I believe because the tips can be easily palpated in glans & are almost at the end of it. Definitely over half way if not 3/4, which I hope doesn't become a problem later. But no sense worrying. I do plan on seeing my surgeon at some point & to maybe get a script for pde5s because they do increase engorgement for me so I'll ask a few questions then. I'll report back if I do.

Also should mention my pump is pretty low. Below my balls & pushes ballsack down a bit so kind of visible but I think its only aesthetic & doesn't bother me. Surgeon did note the lower pump on a post-op visit. Functionally it's very easy to pump & deflate this way so not really a negative.
