Moving pump forward in scrotum

Any advice for moving the pump forward in my scrotum? I’m only 11 days post surgery but I’ve noticed the pump seems to have moved more towards the back making it difficult to find the deflate button.
Implanted with Rigicon Infla10 Pulse X (22 cm cylinders + 1 cm and 0.5 cm RTEs) on 8/07/2025 by Dr. Chris Love.

Pre-op size was 6” L and 7” G / VED 6.2” L
4 weeks post-op 4.5” L and 5.2” G / VED 5.5” L
7 weeks post-op 5.5” L and 5.8” G / VED 6.2” L

Just keep pulling down on it as much as possible. That will enable it to "float" more in the scrotum making it easier to move into position

It was painful but necessary to keep pulling down the pump. Then it quickly became a little uncomfortable BUT it's free floating not a attached. Just part of the sack
Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.

Then I recalled there are many ways to skin a cat.
But anyway. I believe you want the pump behind your nutz.
Just massage them babies really good and I’m hearing tug your pump down often.

Your 11 days out, everything changes every couple days for however long I have no clue. But even with handling the pump I know I handel it different than I did last week. It is just felling pretty natural to include the pump with my nutz.
I just wish it was put behind the other so it would balance them out sizewise.
