Rigicon Infla10

Postby Jsmith194589 » Thu Jul 17, 2025 6:35 am

Does anyone have a Rigicon inflatable implant and is willing to share their experience? I know it’s a small community so I’d appreciate any feedback.
Implanted with Rigicon Infla10 Pulse X (22 cm cylinders + 1 cm and 0.5 cm RTEs) on 8/07/2025 by Dr. Chris Love.

Pre-op size was 6” L and 7” G / VED 6.2” L
4 weeks post-op 4.5” L and 5.2” G / VED 5.5” L
7 weeks post-op 5.5” L and 5.8” G / VED 6.2” L

I had one implanted in April 2023, it never worked, not even once, I am currently waiting for it to be removed.
TBF, they no longer make that particular one and I believe the newer ones are better.
Onset of ED at age 46, no erection since, pills, VED , Injections, no luck, not even once.
Implanted 19.04.2023 in UK, with Rigicon Infla 10 AX, not functioning.
Waiting for date of revision for complete removal and replacement with AMX.

I just had a Rigicon implant Infla10 24cm with 1cm Extenders on Monday 21 July by Dr Chris Love.I also have a 110 ml Adaptive Reservoir.

You are ahead of me in your journey. Happy to share my experience thus far.

To be honest I didn’t do much research into what implant I wanted. My focus was to get a competent surgeon. Chris Love was a clear standout for me.

He recommended I go for Rigicon because it had the best feel / look when flaccid and 9/10 for rigidity (compared to 11/ 10 for Colopast. I have read a few comments that some peoples partners thought some implants were too hard. So I was happy to get a slightly less implant.

Found out just prior to surgery that there was another option for Rigicon 10AX - this one expands the girth and as well as the length. He said he would decide what was best for me when he had me in surgery. I trusted his judgment.

Operation went well and I was surprised by how little pain I had (but on plenty of medication of course) and the relative size of my dick partially inflated.

I made a stupid decision to reduce pain medication on the second night. Chris Love said better to control pain than chase it.

My only issue thus far was feeling a lump on the right side of my shaft. Chris said that was just the tube kinking a bit.

Only other ‘issue’ was feeling a stinging pain underneath my balls into my periniim. He explained that it was the extender tips.

I am looking forward to the exercises, in particular finding the pump and pulling it down. Right now it is still in a bandage and looks huge.

One last thing I haven’t had a shit yet. In fact I am just getting the urge to go now. This should be an interesting experience.

That is all I can report to date, Hope all is going well for you.

Mission accomplished, almost thought I’d have to call a plumber! That was a load of my mind in more ways than one.

The only other thing I can share with you is that I gobbled a few Cialis tablets last Saturday to try and get an erection benchmark. I was 6 inch length and a 5.5 girth

Now I am obviously semi etect and the penis is black and blue. What is a standout is the girth at this semi erect state. Haven’t measured it but it looks impressive.

With a positive mind set I am looking to start cycling exercises in four weeks. To be honest I don’t care if I end up half an inch shorter.

Just hanging out to experience a hard dick when I need it and not to worry. Big change for me!

Can I ask you a question? How did you go with feeling for the pump and pulling it down?

I was implanted with a Rigicon Infla10X in mid-April by Dr Love and am very happy with the result.

My only regret is, despite being told to pull the pump down regularly, I neglected that for a short period and then found that it had migrated up to where the tubing disappears into me, and wouldn't budge when I pulled it down. My bad.

Since then, it has stopped being uncomfortable while walking, when the sharp corner of the pump rubbed against the scrotum at my left thigh, and I have learned to live with the awkward contortions I have to go through to reach the deflate button.

The other hopefully temporary niggle is the thickness of the infra-pubic scar, but it will eventually thin out and just become normal skin thickness. Because of that, I can't get a clear BPL because the ruler can't reach the bone yet. Sex is great again, apart from the scar getting between that delicious pubic bone-on-pubic bone feeling, but we'll get there.

I'm guessing that what you see as impressive girth is just swelling. When my swelling went down, it just left the thin skin, tunica and corpora wall to cover the hard cylinder. I'm still working on stretching the tunica albuginea to allow the claimed 23 mm diameter of each cylinder to be achieved. It's early days.

A dose of tadalafil helps get that engorged feeling, without which my dick just feels like a steel rod without any 'give'. The tadalafil also helps to inflate the glans which helps with sensation.

It's a novel feeling being able to go for orgasm first if I want to and then after a short pause, keep going until she comes a couple of times. No guilt after an 'accidental' orgasm any more.
RALP with 75% nerve sparing 10/24.
Some tumescence from 5 weeks post op. Erection improved with pills, stalling @ 60%
Frisky with young wife again. Implanted Rigicon 10X 20 cm + 1 cm RTE mid April 25.

Were you ever able to go for a round 2 pre implant?
I'm not implanted yet, but when i finish i just have that huge hormone dump and lose interest straight away. I've wondered what it will be like with an implant, would i be able to get back into it because i'm still hard? or will i still feel like that's it?
43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped

Glad to hear your surgery went well!

I was also surprised by how little pain there was, but definitely stay on top of your meds. I started feeling mostly back to normal around day 10.

I had my first follow-up with the Rigicon nurse on Tuesday, and she said I’m sitting at about 10–20% inflated. My next appointment is on August 5th, which will be four weeks post-op—she thinks I’ll likely be ready to start cycling then.

It’s interesting that you received a 24 cm cylinder with 1 cm extenders and measured 6 inches in length. I was 6 inches in length and 7 inches in girth before surgery, and ended up with a 22 cm cylinder and 1 cm extenders.

AussieGuy81, I know you didn't direct that question to me, but I'll offer this. For me it was an adjustment to finish, and yet, be able to keep going. The first time that happened there was a huge disconnect between what my brain had become conditioned to, since forever, and what I was unexpectedly doing for the first time. It's great, and my wife is a big big fan ! It starts with the hormone dump, followed by really high physical sensitivity and I have to slow things down for a couple minutes, then the over-sensitivity fades away and I can pick up the pace, I keep focusing on making it good for her, and eventually I'm mentally/sexually back into it again. It's really next level stuff to be able to last until she finishes as many times as she can or wants to.
