I turned bionic almost 2 years ago and don't have any issue with sensation and I still get morning wood and get the feeling of arousal in my penis when I am excited (even though it's not what is common but I did a poll earlier and I have men who still feels the blood rush) In my case, the Dr gave me the choice since I was getting hard before surgery.

I'm fast falling into the "disregard" category when it comes to Mark's posts. He's still early in his MPP recovery, but hates his implant (even though he states he knew before doing it he would hate it -- self-fulfilling prophesy!).

Others have suggested he might be happier with an IPP, but Mark would rather have his MPP removed and have nothing replace it than try an IPP. IMO that's a "sour grapes" mentality that borders on pathological.

Worst of all, he's trying to poison other patients against implants, telling prospective patients they will feel like robots and lose their souls with an implant, in spite of the many glowing testimonials from other implantees. It's one thing to to say "I really don't like it, but you might have a better experience," but entirely different to tell men looking for help that they will be miserable robots if they choose the only effective treatment available to them. This is mean-spirited and lacks any sense of empathy.

Misery loves company, and Mark is trying to drag us all into the Pit of Despair with him. Don't fall for it.

I was speaking more of your free T and bioavailable T; total T doesn’t mean much. If your testicles have indeed atrophied, wouldn’t you want to have your levels checked again? There’s no mechanism by which “impalement” would do that.

Look, man, I actually sympathize with you to a degree; I’m not ecstatic about having an implant either. But this is what we have to work with, and I am legitimately happy I can keep a hard on again. It is true that it doesn’t feel like a natural penis. But I wouldn’t say it feels bad either; I would say it feels good in its own unique way, actually. Then again, I don’t have a hard malleable, which is why I also keep saying: if you do explant, follow your doctor’s advice and go with the AMS. Honest to God, at a year in, deflated feels like nothing. If it were otherwise, I would tell you.

That said, there are issues to be aware of if he wishes to give you the AMS LGX. It has a “wobbly” base and the pump—regardless of model—can be kinda fucky sometimes. I have to pump the thing to the max to get a sturdy enough base going, although this does make positioning it upward for missionary very difficult. However, this has more to do with my 4 o’clock angle, which not everyone has.

So, I’m happy to have it; but, being as objective as possible, I’m not going to claim it was the Second Coming of my penis or anything. It is what it is.

Me too ,all i have to is think about sex and i feel my dick getting engorged . Despite the loss of girth . it's a trade off with the 24/7 always ready . its already an erection and now its getting fatter. no need for me to stroke it etc etc . .
