I am wondering how could I get more blood flow to the glans without rings? What strategies you have?

Its weird, sometimes I can get my glans full with blood, mainly before the first orgasm, but not always, and in the second round it is much more difficult. Any advice?

Hello Walting789, In 2023, I had a similar problem, except my dick went dead. Neema, nada, zip, nothin' ... It was sadning, terrifying ...after all these yrs. of working Great....
