How easy is the IPP to conceal in trousers/shorts - feel free to post pics

Postby LiverpoolLad » Fri Jun 20, 2025 7:37 am

Hi all,

I’ve been struggling to find good and relevant information about this on the search function.

Specifically I’d like members views and experiences who have an IPP (AMS/Titan/Rigicon). How hard is the implant to conceal in jeans/smart trousers/shorts etc.

I am a bit younger and have a professional job where I’m office based and have some concerns around how obvious an IPP would be day to day.

Any pictures as well as examples would be useful for me and any other guys who are having the same worry.

Thanks,

Putting the word conceal in the search bar for the implant section gets 712 posts.

This has been discussed a LOT. Generally the consensus is that it’s not a problem. You might want to avoid wearing tight stretchy pants or shorts if you are going to church or a children’s birthday party. But otherwise it’s a non-issue.

I have a 24cm Coloplast Titan XL and I have a normal male bulge in my clothing. Not a problem. Not lewd or embarrassing. Just a normal male bulge.

Hey, Goodwood, I’m not yet 5 weeks out but I’m hoping I get less sensitive so I can wear more restrictive underwear. I have the same implant as you and right now it’s a problem.

LiverpoolLad, for most guys its a challenge until they start cycling. Most Dr's leave you somewhere around 50% inflated, stuff down there is swollen, so ya it's tough to conceal if you wear close fitting clothing. After you start cycling (which ends in deflation), concealment is no problem.

Holy shit! Does Titan really stand out that much?! Or is it just a picture from the internet?)
37 years old. In the past, an active and very athletic guy, suffered after vein ligation. After that, I tried embolization, which did not help. Now I am choosing between CX and Titan
