Did your amount of ejaculation (cum) change after implant?

I personally notice after my last implant that i ejaculate very little. Just a few drops and they barely come out.
I wonder if this is caused by the discomfort, or maybe the implant is somehow constricting the urethra?

Has anyone experienced this and if it eventually resolved on it's own, and if so, after how long?

I was told by two different surgeons that this would resolve itself in time. They were wrong. The contractions are considerably less intense, even though I do regular pelvic floor exercises. As for the actual ejaculate, it’s just a very few drops which have to be milked out or they will dribble out once I’ve deflated the implant.

Was this a revision or the first implant? And how high are your tips?

My tips are pressing against each other under the glans, there is essentially no separation between them, so i wonder if they are putting pressure on the urethra and restricting the normal flow.

I am just speculating here on what could be the reason. Another reason is that the actual discomfort i feel in the glans makes me not aroused enough to produce a lot of cum.

Valid question. Everything happened long ago, I didn‘t make notes My fault was that I waited a couple of years before I got the implant. That was a huge mistake! But for quite some time I didn‘t know that implants exist at all. I didn‘t want to touch my soft penis so no 'shooting‘ accured.

In my honest opinion it has nothing to do with implants, it‘s rather a medical issue and/or age.

I can give one excellent advise: unless you can get a powerful erection easily - go ahead, get an implant asap. It‘s the very best thing, I never rgretted it. Every day I pump the dick up and let it stand for an hour or longer. What a stunning sight.

My case is a bit different. I was masturbating even until the last day before surgery and cum was normal. My guess is that maybe it is related to discomfort in the glans.

Discomfort after 10 years? I never ever had discomfort at all, was having intercourse three weeks after operation! My advise: get the very best surgeon, no matter what distance you have to travel.

Hey Discover. For me the loss of cumming began with the original implant and has remained for going on eleven years now. I do think that the cylinders may somewhat reduce flow but if I masturbate with only a few pumps, maybe 6-8, what little I produce flows out ?”normally”? But its volume is still greatly reduced to only a very few drops of man juice. I mean Maybe 4-5 drops, two to three drops is normal now, virtually nothing compared to the past when there were times that 10-12 ropes were not too uncommon and 5-7 were pretty regular, all depending on arousal level and how long I’d/we’d been going at it.
