Do bigger implants lead to a bigger penis? (revisions)

I read it many times that during revisions, surgeons are able to put bigger implants than the previous one.

But, did anyone ever get a bigger penis in real life?

Would love to hear the opinion of guys who had revisions.

I got a bigger implant on revision, but the penis stayed the same size. Think the bigger implant size is because the rear tips push/stretch into the crus so slightly larger size is needed on revision.

I've seen several discussions on this subject. It seems to be a real hit or miss for increased length. If I had to take a position? I think no change out numbers any noticeable increase.

I got +1 on one side and +3 on the other side, maybe a 0.25" loss compared to the previous implant

Entirely possible, but he is a unicorn. Zero gains out number him. Don't count on getting his results. Odds are way against a 2cm length increase even if you got a 2cm longer implant..

Wait, you are saying you got a bigger implant and still resulted in a smaller penis?

Honestly to this day the way sizing works on implants seems like such a counter-intuitive thing to me.
