I’m a current patient who had surgery with him and literally every time I call, nobody answers and then it goes to voicemail. I’ve left several voicemails and no one returns my call even though I’m calling during open hours and trying almost every extension.

I’ve also texted (what used to be?) his cell phone to no response.

His front desk has really gone to shit ever since moving from Cornell’s office.

Could a mod remove this thread? I was able to reach him via email. I posted this sort of frantically so it’s no longer relevant now

Have you tried emailing him? Back in the day he used to be quite responsive with emails, often responding the same day.

I agree. That’s strange. I have emailed him on multiple occasions and he always responds. I have also noticed that the best way to reach someone in his office is trying to go through his call center.
