Hey All....

Curious what your experiences are with different positions post implant as well as level of aggression sexually. Are there any positions that you find uncomfortable because of the implant, for example with a woman on top, or any others? Do you think any positions would make the device more likely to break?

Also, can you be as aggressive physically/sexually as before you had the implant? Just wondering how 'careful' you have to be with all this stuff.

This is the position that works best for us also.If you haven’t yet, place two bar stools at the edge of the bed to support her legs. This allows you to caress and embrace her since you don’t have to support the legs.
