Hi friends..Today i visit an ourologist at my country..he is enough known here..I tell him my problem with ed last two years..He make me an injection minimum dose at my penis and after 20 minutes he do Doppler..he told me that i have enough blood in my penis but i am very anxious..when he do the injection my penis was not hard but i have enough blood there.. I told him that after this injection i should be hard but he told me that some men with this minimum dose don't get hard if they are anxius .he told me generally that my problem is most psychological and write me 5 mg cialis every day...i told him i already tried cialis and viagra 100 mg and nothing happens...he answered that i am too young (37) for anything else except pills and injections..i speak him about implant but he was negative... do you think that maybe i have a nevous leak or something else he cant find...?because pills don't work also injection with this minimum dose not

If pills really doesn’t work, change the doctor and get an implant!
This „too young“ is the biggest BS!
If you have a problem you need help that fixes your problem. Trying stuff again you already tried just because you are „too young“ doesn’t help you.
I wasted over 20 years of sex-life because of this „too young BS“. Don’t do the same mistake.

You are right i have to see another doctor..He told me that psychological problem i have (anxius) make Doppler looks like organic problem with Venus leak but is isn't..it looks like that because i am anxius or nervous and it makes problems look like organic..it is only psychological said

That doesn’t make sense. If there is something organical wrong, that can not come from psychological stuff.

That doesn’t make sense. If there is something organical wrong, that can not come from psychological stuff.

It´s absolutly possible that the dose of the injection was too low for you to get an erection.
However, you said your doctor diagnosed a venous leakage if i understand you correctly. That´s something that can not come from psychological issues.
Also please have in mind, that you can have ED without a known caouse.
That means even if your doctor would say organical everything is fine, that doesn´t mean necessarily that your ED comes from psychological issues.
That is just one possibility.
There are countless reasons for ED and a lot of them are unkown.
Many doctors just made their lifes easy by telling patients it´s because of psychological stuff.
If you take pills and they don´t work and you have no other health issus that can be the reason for your ED, organic or psychological, you are an candidate for an implant.
There is absolutly no need to waste time waiting for wonders.

He said that is isn't venous leak although injection didn't work..He said it is psychological problem,anxius and that injections was minimum dose and didn't work because of you are anxius in so minimum dose psychological problem looks like organic but it isn't..it confuses you he said..is only psychological

Jimakos, I don't have a lot of experience with injections. But when I was trying to get them to work, I was provided stronger and stronger doses. Is there a reason he did not try stronger doses with you ? If this is not clear, I think you should ask him. If you are not satisfied with his answer, I would advise you get a second opinion.
