Picture thread to my Implant-Journey

Postby NewGuy2025 » Sun May 18, 2025 1:09 pm

A picture thread to my implant journey: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=26566
(making it as a separate thread, so no one is forced to look at my dick when reading my journey :)

So, we start with my Penis from 4 years ago. What I noticed here is that my penis is quite straight.

Image

The next picture is 4 month before surgery. Here my Penis bends slightly to the left. So it seems I developed the PD over the last 4 years without noticing it by myself.

Image

2 weeks before surgery i did a measurement. fun-fact: this picture was taken when i had Priapism and went to the ER a short while later:

Then the first view under the blanket on the day of surgery:

4 days later - a bit of a massacre:

after 10 days - still massive swelling:

also after 14 days:

after 23 days - swelling now clearly less:

Front view - fully deflated - 6 weeks post surgery:

Thank you! It takes a bit to get used to the new feeling because of the cut around under my glans.. there is some scar tissue now.. I cream it daily to get it soft as possible. But beside of that Iam really happy with the result. Even if I may lost 1cm compared to my length a few days before surgery.
Of course I think I should have done this surgery years ago when I had no PD.. I belive the outcome would have been even greater.
But you shouldn´t worry about things you can´t change and it´s a great feeling to know I am always ready now.
This surgery gave me a lot of life quality!

So everybody who need it and has the chance to do it: get it done ASAP!

New guy

“It takes a bit to get used to the new feeling because of the cut around under my glans.. there is some scar tissue now..“

It works like a miracle, organic castor oil rubbed on the area consistently over the course of several weeks will cause the scar to soften and spread out taking on the consistency of the surrounding skin.
I can attest that this is true because after years of pain from poor pump placement which resulted in a knot of scar tissue around my pump and incision. Long story short, after seeing a YouTube video of Barbara O’Neil talking about castor oil, I gave it a shot. By the two month point most of the surface scar tissue had softened and really begun to spread out. By four months most of the internal scar tissue had softened/ disappeared. Whereas my scrotum had been drawn up painfully between my testicles by the scar tissue now my scrotum rises and droops according to temperature like it used to do.
That was the scrotal complication from my initial implant. The scrotum trauma from my first revision was even worse. But that’s a long story in an old post.
I hope that this helps.

Great result mate,

I just read through your journal and you seemed pretty worried in the beginning, I'm guessing you're pretty happy with the results now though?
43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped

Thank you! You are guessing right! I am definitely happy now! :) It was psychological a bit tough over the first time, because a lot of guys here tell how easy everything was for them and how everything was "perfect" right after the surgery. That made me think something is wrong in my case or that I doesn´t have a good result. But it´s just that everybody is different and before several weeks have past, you just CAN NOT tell about the outcome. It´s important to calm down and give your body time to heal. And now... just like I wrote: It´s like getting life quality you never had before :)
