Implant Healing Log

To the best of my ability, I’ve tried to recall the main points of my recovery from implant surgery.
Week 1-
I don’t remember too much about this week except that it was painful, uncomfortable, and I was in a daze due to taking pain meds (hydromorphone). I tried to stay mobile, but the reality was that I predominantly stayed on the couch most of the first few days. On day 2, I started taking short walks. I created daily goals for myself which helped with the mental battle. For example, “today, I’m going to walk 200meters,” or “today I am going to learn about (fill in the blank).” Taking a piss was something that I didn’t think about prior to the implant. It’s pretty difficult to piss in a toilet while inflated 50%. Mostly, I pissed in the shower or outside. I also sat outside a lot to ensure that I was in the sun and I walked around in my backyard barefoot for grounding. I dont know if grounding works or not…but what else was I going to do? Also, a few weeks prior to the surgery, I also started using the peptides TB500 and BPC157, which are specifically for healing and recovery. By the end of the first week, I was still in pain, but once you’re in the game, you’ve gotta keep playing. It’s too late to quit, so I just had to stay the course. During this time, I also removed the drain Hakky had in my stomach. I can understand people’s concern about pain with that, but it was quick and relatively painless. The anticipation was worse than removing the drain. IMO, the best way to successfully survive is to read the success stories that others have had, choose a high quality surgeon, and even though it’s hard to do…stay as mentally positive as you can. And keep rotating ice. Ice & pain meds are your best friends.
[It was during week 1 that I also began intermittent fasting and cut out carbs as much as possible. From then to now, other than black coffee in the morning, I only eat between 12pm and 8pm. My nutritionist advised that controlling blood sugar and diet is not only good for health, it’s beneficial to the healing process. In week 1, my weight range was between 195-200lbs.]
Week 2-
I went for my first follow up and started cycling. At home, I was cycling 2x a day for 20-30 mins. I wasn’t maxing out yet, I was just getting a good stretch. There were a few times that I was able to last an hour before it was too intense. I continued taking daily walks and started to working out very lightly with exercise bands for about 10mins per day.
On Saturday during this week, things took an interesting turn. By week 2, I was still hurting a little bit, but I decided that in the evening I would start inflating to the max each of the following times I cycled.
I cycled to the max in the evening, but I couldn’t deflate it. Regardless of what I did, it didn’t go down. I starting reading tons of posts from this site and tried all the tricks that everyone brought up, but nothing worked. I stayed up all night with a rock hard dick that was killing me. I continued trying to deflate all day in Sunday. By this time, I was inflated for so long that my dick was getting numb, my sack/nuts were hurting from the repeated attempts to deflate.
As soon as Hakky’s office opened on Monday morning, I was in there (wearing a huge jacket so no one could see my dick sticking out). Hakky deflated my implant but also discovered a small issue. My pump had somehow rotated. It was not in the same position, so that’s why the couldn’t find it. I think it happened while I was asleep because I remember waking up one night in bad pain, but passed it off as normal recovery pains. The pump tilted backwards and the deflate bars were way back in my nuts (near the taint) and not in the original position he placed it. I was also cycling very aggressively, so maybe that caused it. Since it rotated, Hakky walked me through some steps I could take to find it easier since the deflate bars were in such a hard place to get to. Now that I know where the deflate bars disappeared to, I was ready to keep cycling. His instructions helped me to continue cycling without getting stuck. He was very surprised that my wound was healing so fast and my overall recovery was ahead of schedule (except not getting it down that one time). I attribute that to basic wound care plus BPC157 & TB500.
Having a concrete dick for 2 days was NO FUN. Luckily, I had some pain killers on standby. I lived off of those + ice for a while.
[Even now, I have issues deflating sometimes. When I deflate in stages, it deflates better. I press the bars as hard as I can for about 2 seconds. Then I release pressure a little bit and press the base of the cylinders towards the inside of my stomach. Then I take a short break and do it again. For the 3rd stage, I squeeze the shaft and press in. Keeping my breathing under control while also not trying to squeeze too hard for too long is beneficial.]
Week 3-
There was still some inflammation and my ultrasound identified a small hematoma. However, at that time, my whole body felt like a lump of hematoma because I was still in the early stages of the process, so I pushed through it. I was cycling for 30 minutes 2x a day. Some days, I cycled for 60 minutes and slipped the second session. Whacked off for the first time and even though I’ve been playing with myself my whole life…there wasn’t some significant apprehension. While I was nutting, I was simultaneously scared shitless, so it was definitely a love/hate relationship with the activity. Then, once it was over and I realized that my nuts weren’t going to fall off, I was good to go. I continued cycling, masterbating, intermittent fasting, and grounding outside. I also increased the weight on the exercise bands for my workouts. During this week, my short walks began to be a little longer. I live near a lake and there are trails in the woods, so I began small hikes with increased weight (carrying a stick as a cane). I know it isn’t recommended, so make your own choices, but I began smoking my cigars again. It’s been a weekend activity for years, so I was glad to smoke a good cigar again.
Week 4-
Basically the same as week 3 except with increased exercise. Oh yeah….and the sex began. You can read about my first implant sex story on my other post (viewtopic.php?f=6&p=252636#p252636 ). At this time, the only pain I experienced was during deflation. I began getting random/sharp pains near my reservoir. It was anything too bad; sharp pains that lasted a few seconds. It only occurred when I made sudden moves like getting out of the car or standing up from sitting on the couch.
Weeks 5 & 6-
Pain significantly decreased as sex dramatically INCREASED. All is well and I’m rocking & rolling. It’s still new to me so I’m still getting used to it. It still takes a little while to deflate (Titan classic) and I still get pain at the reservoir site when moving quickly, but that’s it. All she wants to do is screw. The only time I feel any pain in my dick/balls is after sex while it’s still inflated. The head has a burning pain in it for a while after sex, then it goes away after a while of being deflated.
Current Issue: Dealing with a woman’s communication.
The thing that’s confused me the most at this point is how rigid to get the implant for her. When I pump to the max, she says it’s too hard; almost concrete-like. When I reduce the inflation she says it needs to be harder. I have no idea what she’s talking about and the more I attempt to get her to clarify, the less sense she makes. When I ask her opinion, she contradicts itself. For example,
Me: “the last time you said for me to maybe make it a little longer and harder? Is it hurting you? Does it need to be girthier!”
Her: “I don’t want it too long, wide or hard. This was perfect, it felt more natural.”
Me: “so not longer, not harder, not wider now; but longer and harder yesterday?”
Her: “I don’t know. Not longer and not harder. You had it where I’m talking about yesterday.”
Me: “this time it was inflated like it was yesterday, so what exactly do you mean? Can you clarify?”
Her: “I don’t know. Not too hard.”
Do you see what I mean? I’m confused AF! But she gets off every time. We’ve been together since we were 12 and got married at 19 or 20 (I dont know which). Therefore brutal honesty is something that we give each other if the other asks.
