Comfortable briefs

I haven't seen this topic mentioned yet so here goes.
I've always worn a mix of underwear depending on what I'm wearing, doing that day, etc. I like the loose feel of boxers, but I prefer briefs for containment when I'm active. All was fine before the Titan IPP. Now, with a larger scrotum and a shaft that never recedes much in length, traditional boxers and briefs were inadequate. My nutsack needs support or the tubing starts to feel like it's tugging on the tissue, and briefs just squashed the shaft. Jock straps were recommended by my urologist's PA, but they're not made for daily wearing. I have to say they're the only kind I prefer to wear now unless I'm lounging at home in the evening. Plenty of room yet good containment for the the scrotum with the extra mass of the pump and tubing and my shaft is free to be whatever size I care to wear it.
The only downside is they're on the pricey side and they're not made in America (if that's a concern).
Anyone else have a recommendation?
