Hi brothers,

Need some help or advice:


I have three questions:

1 my implant seems well sized but the very end of my gland is floppy. Is that normal?

2 at the base of my penis I feel the dog ears who are very stiff. When I crush on them they disappear a little bit but are still noticeable. Will they disappear when I'm fully inflated?

3 I feel a slight but constant push below my glans. Is that normal?

That all sounds normal.

I got a Titan 6 weeks ago. When I’m inflated the tips are seared in the glans further than when I’m deflated.


The dog ears go away when I am inflated. And they have gotten softer when deflated just in the past few weeks.

Little update.

This night I woke up with pain in my dick.
I think that my underwear is too tight and pushes too hard my penis versus my pubis. This bends my penis way too much and gives me dog ears and pain (4th day and it's kind of perito exercise ).
I think this too contributes to tear away the glans away from penis and that's why it's a little floppy.

I'll try with a sock as many of you told.

One of the hardest things is definitely to get a poop with your rigid sex !
The choice between peeing and shitting is quite a hard one

Just some pain manageable with medicine, for now it's healing. I'm still praying for this to work as hoped.

Hang in there, ice , if still swollen, it does get a lot better. The glans are going to be sensitive for awhile. I even wore a condom all day to work on my 3rd week with a sock pulled over that. Give it time, stay clean, avoid infection..

Thx, infection is my panic. For now i’m at home and move the less possible and praying to not being infected.
