Marble Pump (And First Implant Sex Story)

MARBLE PUMP-
I’m finishing up my 1st week of post surgery sex and am noticing that my pump eventually becomes smaller and extremely hard to press when I’m inflating. For my age, I’m still in good physical condition, nowhere close to a fitness freak or anything, but I’m in good shape & as strong as I was in my late 20s. I’m only saying that to emphasize that I feel like I should be able to pump more, but I physically can’t. I feel like I could easily handle more fluid, but I dont know why I can’t pump anymore into the cylinders. I’m pressing as hard as I can and am worried that I’m going to damage or absolutely rip the pump out of place. Any suggestions?
FIRST IMPLANT SEX-
And while I’m on the podium, I’ve got to share my post surgery sex story. It’s not the ‘thrill of a lifetime’ that some dudes write about, but it was solid; LITERALLY SOLID. With an implant, it seems like you become sort-of a virgin again because you’re dealing with uncharted territory. You know where all the parts go, but you don’t know how tf the parts are going to work together. I tried my best to not have any specific expectations, but it was nearly impossible to not have thoughts of giving her the best sex we’d ever had. Thoughts of her painting the ceiling in squirt, but come on…that’s not realistic. However, thanks to you guys, I knew the reality of my situation. Your stories have been very beneficial, so thanks to all who’ve shared.
Of course the initial performance anxiety was pretty high due to the unknowns. As a combat vet and service member for 22years…I knew better than to have expectations because as soon as something doesn’t fit within the confines of those expectations, it all hits the fan pretty dam quick.
But things have been clicking-along very well and I’m extremely happy with the reliability of my implant. I also think that my ed brought with it a lot of negative physical & mental issues that I’d kept bottled up. Now, without the added stress, things feel as normal as they have in a long time. My marriage has improved, but not solely due to our increased libido regarding ‘trying this thing out,’ the reduced stress in my marriage as a whole has been great. It’s been the most positive factor that has also carried more relaxation into the bedroom. My wife and I have always had a high-tempo sex life together. The surgical recovery time, plus 1 week prior to that, was our only break from sex. The day after a high dose of killer trimix combined with pills didn’t work…I booked surgery for a week later.
BUT—-the sex is different. It’s not better or worse, just different and not in a bad way. I do feel like my dick is skinnier than it was before surgery and that was one factor she told me as well, but I’m also a little over a month post-op. My wife is small so the length isn’t really a concern for me. Other than the girth, she’s said that when she leaned too far back while on top, it felt like something was poking her. She shifted her waist to ride me a little higher and then orgasmed; so it was all good. She’s still learning about this thing too, so she’s finding some uncomfortable spots. But she’s blown her twat every time we’ve done it though, and so have I.
My main concerns at this time are;
-hard bulb that I can’t press when inflated
-feeling like my dick is a little skinnier
-my wife’s getting poked (while she’s getting poked & there’s only 1 dude in the room that I know of)
-my dick leans to the left a little bit when erect
-Since we started having sex again, I’ve been getting some random pains in my side where the reservoir is. Sometimes a dull ache and other times it’s like a sharp pain that lasts a fraction of a second, then stops. They’re not consistent or constant, but they do surprise me in a very bad way.
-And finally, can I put a cock ring on this thing to help round-it-out? It seems a little flat. It’s noticeable when it’s inside her. (Or UroFill?)
