4 weeks post titan touch implant revision

Hi
Here’s my experience so far with my implant
On the first of April I went in to have a revision from a malleable implant to the titan touch

Firstly my original length of my dick was around 5.5 -6 inch before malleable implant went in I lost an good 1-1.5 inch having the malleable put in and considerable girth which I found very troublesome as I found it difficult to use any way but with the loss of size it was even( excuse the pun) harder .. my surgeon told me that going from malleable to titan touch would regain some length he said possible around 2cm .. after the titan was put in he told me he had added 2cm extender from original length of the malleable implant and I should expect some gains over time .. to be honest my swelling was minimal compared to the first malleable going in as there was not to much trauma there to add the new titan .. I was taken aback at the look of my dick size first off but I can see now after 4 weeks swelling going down it’s regaining some of the length and girth has increased by a fair bit compared to the malleable I had pre titan going in .. that’s without cycling .. Im hoping with cycling over time I can get somewhere near the 5.5inch I had pre mmallible implant .. I’ve had some helpful reassurances on hear over a few issues I had great place to come for advice I will do another review at 8 weeks
Hopefully everything gos fine

Hi Dweody,

I’m interested in your story as I’m considering revision surgery myself from a malleable to an IPP (my malleable was put in as a salvage). I lost some size as a result of infection and malleable though not as much as you did. My malleable is working fine otherwise but I’d like the added rigidity of an IPP but N very reluctant to go through another surgery.

Can you give more details as to why you were undersized with the IPP, the model, and what rigidity feels like.

Thank you so much, and I may hit you up via PM.

It’s good to hear you’re already noticing some gains even before starting cycling, and that the swelling wasn’t too rough this time around

Just underwent surgery from malleable to IPP again - malleable placed as spacer after infection with fat transfer injections in Mexico. Dr patel was able to place the same size inflatable that i had before. Supposedly, if all goes well, surgeon thinks I should be able to get back what i had before without any further loss.

he had me do vacuum for at least 6 weeks prior to surgery. I had to wait 2-3 weeks to allow the incision and infection to clear up. Then he advocated for going back in pretty soon to avoid a tough capsule formation. in his experience, its still possible if there is a bigger delay but typically the capsule is tougher and the space where the old implant was prior to the malleable in the tips of the penis gets scarred down after months so that where you loose size.

He wants to me start cycling as soon as i can - hopefully first appointment is 10 day post-surgery for clearance to cycle.

Thanks all for the reply.s
To be honest I don’t want to jinx things but all is going better than I could expect .. I’ve been cleared today to start using it so here’s to a happy weekend hopefully lol
I had a malleable implant put in after my surgeon said because of a kidney and pancreas transplant there was risk to damaging the kidney .. I couldn’t use the malleable implant it just wasn’t rigid enough . I kept on to my surgeon and he agreed to it at my risk so I went ahead .. he did say it easier to get gains from coming from a malleable to a titan and I should expect 2cm + so here’s hoping

Im interesting in this because im considering malleables. Why your malleable wasnt rigid enough? Did it bend or bulge when you had sex? What branch of malleable it was?

How was your experience living with it? I mean it is painful walking with that "semi erection" all day, how about sleep?
Thank you

Hi
I’ll give you my experience of the malleable best I can
To be completely honest the malleable was the last choice of implant I wanted I had it as my chosen implant at the time was the 2 piece implant it went wrong due to sizing issues that’s what I was told any way .. I had the coloplast genesis malleable .. I’m 48 years old and for me I found as it’s semi rigid rods and no expansion at all there was considerable girth loss and that gave me loose skin around my penis . Also I lost an inch of length too with both combined it just became unusable . as I say for me . I could have penatrive sex but it just didn’t feel great for me and my partner said it just didn’t feel great so to be honest after a few months of trying we kind of avoided sex .. I don’t want to frighten you off this implant I just have to tell you my experience of it ..also found it’s difficult to conceal you can bend it which way you want but I found the bulge shows which ever way you bent it also I found it rubbing against jeans when I wore them .. I have the coloplast titan now and it has shown me how different the implants are the malleable is as they say semi rigid and tends to flop about .it’s not rigid ! the titan is rock solid and very difficult to move it’s like being 20 again . I’m not sure of your circumstance for contemplating a malleable .. but if possible I definitely go for a three piece .
If you need to know anything else I’ll help the best I can

Thanks alot for the feedback...what was the genesis' length and girth implanted...and what is the length of your titan + RTEs? And who were your surgeons ?
