What if injections work perfectly but…

What would you do if injections worked perfectly but they made your penis shrink little by little due to fibrosis in the tunica. Would you do implant or wait? Even tho you were losing size but could have perfect erections?

How much are you losing over what period of time ? And what does your urologist recommend based on knowledge of your condition and overall health ?

I'm in this situation, sort of. Trimix works very well for me, but I've decided to get an implant. I have not noticed length loss, but I might have lost a half inch over the years. I'm kind of big so I think I *might* have gone from 9" to 8.5".

For me the big thing is spontaneity. Trimix just makes things to regimented and scheduled. But also I don't like the idea of the constant risk of Pyronie's or fibrosis. I think when urologists prescribe injectables they downplay those risks, but they are real.

Rider solved this problem by using VEDs for about 3 or 4 months and got his injection size to eventually match his VED size:



I would think the same might be possible for you?
