Coloplast Titan One Touch - Uneven Deflation - causes and fix?

Tomorrow is the start of week 6. Began cycling 5 days ago.
Still pain and discomfort even after deflating as I still have a constant semi-on making it painful to wear underwear and pants / trousers and also makes it difficult to bend down or get out of a car / seat.
I think I’ve figured out why.
To deflate I press and hold on to the deflate button and apply pressure to the the base and shaft. I then start to feel the fluid emptying on the left side of the shaft and feel it is noticeably softer along the left side. However I don’t get the same sensation of fluid emptying on the right side of the shaft and at the end of the deflation, the right side still feels firm. It’s as though the right cylinder is still full of fluid. The right side of my groin also feels noticeably more sore than the left.
Also, the tubes feel more prominent on the right side base as though it is closer to the surface. On the left side base I can still feel the tubing but it feels more embedded.
Thinking it all through and having done research on ChatGPT, I think one or more of the following things may be going on to impede deflation of the right cylinder:
1. there is more swelling on the right side than the left - will hopefully resolve as the right side heals more;
2. the right side cylinder has not softened up as much yet as the left side - will hopefully resolve itself with more cycling;
3. there is a kink, partial blockage, or different positioning on the right - not sure how to resolve this; and / or
4. there is a problem with the right side cylinder / tubing / pump valve which is causing flow restriction - not sure how to resolve this.
Has anyone had problems like 3. or 4. and how were they fixed?
Thank you.
