Any Recommendations for glans scar?

I have a relatively big indented scar on the top of my glans, as my doctor used cauterization on my last revision to close the snake eyes (this means, burning the skin of the glans), he said this is to prevent infection, but i do not see any other doctor doing this. I asked a couple of his previous patients and they all have a permanente scar on their glans even after a year. I really dislike this as i used to have a pretty perfect and healthy glans. And also the glans is likely the first thing someone sees when they will give you oral sex. And the first thing i see whenever i masturbate, so i am constantly reminded of it.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove a scar on the glans?

seems almost barbaric. my surgeon just placed skin glue on the snake eyes and healed nicely.
i was recommended skinmedica silicone scar gel by dr patel for my scrotal incision. its expensive but i feel worked very well and i have almost no scar on the scrotum from the implant. healed nicely in the middle natural line. maybe could help on the glans.

thank you! And yes, i know most doctors don't use anything on the snake eyes, or just some tissues for a few moments to let the puncture close. I am definetely not a fan of burning the glans and upset by it.

My surgeon used superglue *cyanoacrylate ester" on the snake eyes and the infra-pubic wound. The snake eyes 12 days post op have completely healed very smoothly and all that is visible is some slight bruising which is quickly resolving. The superglue film on the glans peeled off by itself after about a week.
Cauterisation sounds like something you'd do on the battlefield when there are no medics around.

Try some organic castor oil 2 times a day. It’s very sticky but It will at least, in a couple of months time, soften Any scar tissue restoring scar pliability to that of normal skin. The scar won’t actually disappear but it will soften.
I discovered this after my second revision when my scrotum was left a bit of a mess. The doc had made a pouch in my dartos fascia at the bottom of my very large and low hanging sack. In addition to the abnormal look of my sack being drawn up in the middle the surgeon had left an internal flap of skin, seemingly with a raw exposed nerve ending, sewn closed with just a bit of the inside of my flesh on the outside! YIKES!!
This all happened at the height of COVID and my surgeon was a 2.5 hour drive away. For these reasons and severe logistical difficulties I never even went back to the doctor for a follow up visit and after months of aggravating sharp nerve pains I found the castor oil which seemed to loosen and soften up the scar tissue allowing it to relax and stretch out normally thereby relieving much of the pull and pain from the inside out skin flap. All of these years later there is still a small spot on my scrotum That’s overly sensitive.

Thank you! how long did the castor oil take to work?

It will likely take a couple of months but I’d bet that you’ll notice improvement within a week. I’m pretty sure that you’ll be amazed.
