Is it my imagination, or are there a whole bunch of guys on this forum getting implants lately. I'm scheduled for this Friday (4/25).

I'm basing this off no nothing at all, just a guess, but probably happens when men find out they can make their dicks bigger,

Has nothing to do with making anything bigger. It's about making it functional.

That's why they should be done. But I think what was holding a lot of men back from solving that problem is fear it'd make their (impotent) dicks smaller.

Totally agree

I believe it has a lot to do with more doctors letting us know that implants are an option. Over 30 years ago when I started having ED problems doctors never talked about them. During that time doctors always suggested it was a psychological problem. I knew about implants because my neighbor who was a paraplegic had one, I just thought that paraplegics were the only people who could get them. I think most men just suffered in silence.

I don't follow your reasoning.

That when men hear about a medical procedure that could make their dick bigger, there's probably a pretty big percent who will pursue it.

Note like always I don't know this. But I think I know the popularity of dangerous size increases attempts. And popular Penuma/Him thing

Yes, there seems to be a cohort of us all implanted within about 8 weeks of each other.
I don't think there's a conspiracy as we are pretty geographically dispersed, different countries, states and so on.
This forum draws people in because there really isn't anything else like it to my knowledge.

I'm scheduled for an implant in October. For me, pills stopped working and the spontaneity was out of sex for my and the wife with injections, though we used them for years. At some point you just decide to make a change.

I first heard about implants probably 30 years ago, and back then it was kind of scary. High infection rates, complications, few really skilled surgeons. Now it's a lot different, implants offer the true ED cure, not just a treatment. There are downsides and risks, of course, but with a good surgeon it's a lot safer than it once was, and a lot of men are coming around to realize they don't have to suffer.
