Is your IPP pump noisy?

Curious about who has noisy pumps, i wonder if all same model pumps are noisy or each one separately can be more squaky thank others.

Curious which model you have.

I have a rigicon, on my first surgery it was slighly noisy, only sometimes. But on my latest surgery i notice it way more noisy than before (even though it is the exact same model), i wonder if it depends on just luck, or maybe the pump positioning or batch or something else.

Please comment below which exact model of pump you have

Hey Discovernew, I seem to recall that Hamdam mistakenly implanted you with a 10x instead of a 10ax. So which one was the most noisy between the two?

Also, just a suggestion for your poll: it might help to separate the options more clearly — for example, differentiate Coloplast (Genesis pump vs. OTR) and AMS (MS Pump vs. Tenacio).

I have a hard time answering the question.
I don't hear my pump (or any high pitch sounds) due to loud noises in the army.
My wife hears it, but doesn't complain at all.

The pump is actually the same one, it is called "pulse". So that shouldn't make a difference. Unfortunately the post doesn't allow me to edit the poll :(

Edit: There is a limit to 10 options in the poll, if i add all pump models it would be more than 10 options, unless you have any other suggestions

I understand your reasoning abour the pulse pump being the same, regardless from the info i collected from rigicon users more seems to complain about the AX being noisy compared to the X. (Possibility because lenght expansion require the pump to exert more force?). So what was your experience with the 2 models?

My Titan pump is usually silent, but occasionally it sounds like there's an air bubble in there. Like, maybe there is one little bubble in the system, and I only hear it when it happens to get into the pump itself.

Mine will on occasion make a duck sound. Rarely though. So, not noisy, but not no noise either.
