For those with semi-rigids have they caused any problems reaching climax or any problems with sensation?

None at all, in fact since I went from the IPP which I think I might have been inflating too much, to the MPP the sensation in my glans area is much more sensitive than before, I'm actually an easy cummer now.

No issues at all. I'm 4 months in and this past weekend I had one of the biggest orgasms of my entire life.

This is very encouraging.

The point of no return is 5 weeks from Monday and I should be in the Genesis club

I do not have an implant but the subject of anorgasmia is of high interest to me in any modality. My question is whether there's any science or reason to expect that an MPP (or an inflatable) would increase sensitivity. Although I don't see an implant on the horizon for y ED, that would be enough to tilt me towards an implant if I thought it would have a good chance of improving my sensitivity and hence anorgasmia.

I’m 4.5 months in with a malleable installed after an IPP got infected. I have a glans engorgement issue but other than that the malleable has been good (and IPP won’t fix the glans encouragement but could at least place the tips deeper into the glans).

No issues with orgasms with a malleable.,

No issues reaching orgasm with my malleable, but I will say, it does take more time compared to before. For me, this reduced sensation is actually a benefit. I never had hour-long sessions before the implant and I like that.

I think anorgasmia happened only with ipp when your pump it on max. Malleable implants don't make so huge pressure on left cavernosa tissues like ipp do. I read some guys had decreased sensitivity with mpp but usually sensitivity restore after 3-6 month and becomes the same like pre op.
